Safety & Security
I believe in implementing measurable changes by listening to the concerns of my fellow constituents. I am approachable, accountable, open and have the moral capacity and fortitude to stand up for what I believe in. I want to engage the masses in the political process by bringing important issues to the forefront.
Canada needs new leaders and representatives that will bring back faith and trust in the political process!
In Justin Trudeau, we have a leader who believes in transparency and possesses the vision essential to take Canada forward. The world has changed, our city has changed, and we need a voice that can bring the change that Canadians want and deserve. With your help, I can be this change and represent your voice.
I believe in building communities. My volunteering activities that represent that over the years include:
-President of the Oak Hills Community League (2012-2014)
-Founding member and Ex-Treasurer of the Oak Hills Community League (OHCL)
-TRAC Ambassador for Carter Crest OHCL
-Treasurer of the Whitemud Hills Homeowners’ Association
-Active involvement in the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues
-Active TRAC member in the Terwillegar Riverbend Advisory Council
–Active SWAC member in South West Area Council
-Active supporter of all community events in the Terwillegar/Riverbend/Windermere area
-Active supporter Edmonton Food Bank at SMCC (Volunteer)
It has become harder for millions of Canadians to get ahead. Some people think the solution is to continue on the course we’re on, giving benefits to the wealthy and making cuts to everything else. I have a different plan, to invest immediately in jobs and growth and lower taxes for the middle-class. My vision of our country is a place where everyone has a shot at success because we have the confidence and leadership to invest in Canadians.
This vision is very much shaped by my experiences, and the influences upon me — Trudeau and Sinclair, father and mother, East and West. I am always a son, but today I’m also a husband, a father, and a man passionate about his country. And I’d like to share with you the sense of duty that propels me: to serve our country by fostering common ground where every Canadian can find his or her own place within a strong and fair country.
